Wendy L. Farrell, M.S.Ed has been coaching and educating people about healthy lifestyle habits and choices since 1982 when she studied Health and Wellness at UC Santa Barbara. She received her Masters of Education in Exercise and Sports Science from Colorado State University where she studied under Dr. Loren Cordain who went on to research and develop the Paleolithic Diet and Cookbooks. She is also a culinary entrepreneur who operated an event planning and catering business, as well as, Farrelli's Cinema Supper Club...Arizona's first restaurant movie theatre that was featured on the Food Network. More recently, she has ventured back into wellness and teaches Healthy Cooking Classes for a variety of Valley organizational wellness programs.
The collection of recipes offered in this book are a great representation of the recipes created for those healthy cooking classes, her years in the culinary industry, her education and experience in health and wellness, as well as, keeping herself and three sons healthy, happy and fed.
